EZblue Return Policy
EZblue Software Corp. offers free 30-day trial version of its software products for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of the product prior to purchase. We encourage our customers to try our products before purchasing. We also offer 30-day money back guarantee from the date of purchase on all of our software products that were purchased but not registered or activated. Once the product is registered it will no longer qualify for a refund.
For hardware products, EZblue must be notified of damaged / short shipped items within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. If the product was defective or didn't perform as described, we offer 30-day, replacement or money back guarantee on all hardware products. To receive a refund, the hardware must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the order and will be charged a 15% restocking fee provided the item is in like-new, original condition and packaging.
Inspect your packages thoroughly immediately upon arrival. Do not assume the items are undamaged because the box is undamaged. If your item was shipped via UPS, call UPS at 800-pick-ups to report a damaged item. If there is internal damage you must contact us within 24 hours in order for us to be responsible for the damage. If you contact us within 24 hours, we will file a claim with the shipping company and we will be responsible for the damage. We will replace the item or give you a credit for the damaged item after we receive the damaged item or it is inspected by the carrier. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item, We cannot file the shipping claim. In such a case, the purchaser will be responsible for filing the claim with the shipping company.
When you purchase hardware from us, you are also entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace the item in accordance with their own policies. If you need to return your hardware the following conditions must be met:
- Contact us and request an RMA number to return the item.
- Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
- The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
- Include all packaging materials.
- Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
- All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
- Pay any return shipping expense.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above we will issue credit to your account less the 15% restocking fee.
